Wirex Diamond paste is manufactured to ISO 9001 quality assurance standards and has “Build In” mirror finish, for obtaining
superior micro-finishes on precision, wear parts, high speed tolls, Carbide Dies and other hard surface.
Wirex prepares diamond paste with a specific “Vehicle” to hold, the diamond particles in a permanent and uniform suspension.
Wirex diamond paste spreads immediately, cools and lubricates the working surface, maintains lubrication throughout the
operation without drying.
Available in 5 gram syringes and 100 gram containers in oil and water soluble and universally soluble and universally soluble
base and in different concentration.

Boron Carbide Powder/ Paste (Carbolax)
Wirex Boron Carbide Powder/ Paste is multipurpose abrasive and lapping agent. Carbolax powder/paste is suitable for a large variety of materials ranging from plastics (Eg. Teflon), nonferrous metals and steel to titanium and metallic carbides. Boron Carbide is a super hard abrasive material, next only to diamond and cubic boron nitride in hardness, it simply outclasses the conventional abrasive like aluminium oxide and silicon carbide with its superlative and cost effective performance.
Fields of Application
Owing to its high stock removal rate and the high surface quality obtained only with Carbolax guarantee economical lapping and polishing of precision parts of all types and of all sorts of materials. A surface smoothness below 1.5um can be obtained in two operation even rough surfaces, coarse grinding of the surface being executed, for instance, with grit 250 and finishing with grit 400.
