Cold pressure welding is an economic and effective way to join non-ferrous metals and their alloys without using heat, fillers or fluxes, and it can create a weld as strong as the parent material and has the same electrical characteristics. We have portable style, desk style and hydraulic pressure car style of cold welder.
We can supply the cold pressure welder and dies which can join copper from 0.10mm to 13.00mm, aluminum from 0.10mm to 25.00mm. Our welding dies are compatible with P WM model cold welder. In order to obtain a true weld all contaminants (oxides, oils, chemicals etc.) must be removed so that clean surfaces can be brought together.
